🌿 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and packed with care.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
During product launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and the selected USPS service.

We currently offer:

  • USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail for domestic shipping within the U.S.

  • Free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and discounts).

  • Local pickup available from Dillsburg, PA (select at checkout).

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location.


3. Local Pickup

Local customers can choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect their orders from:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready — typically within 1 business day.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After your order has been shipped, Feathered Fawn Apothecary is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coachtristen@menslagecoachingco.com with photos of the packaging and product.

We’ll gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or incorrect.


6. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
