Slight variations in color, scent, or texture are completely normal and part of the handmade process.

Our products and statements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using new herbal or topical products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing medical conditions.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Feathered Fawn Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays or issues once packages are in the hands of the carrier.

Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coachtristen@menslagecoachingco.com with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
